Brexit Update - No changes or additional charges to EU
Since we ship all orders direct from our studio in Northern Ireland, there are no changes or additional charges on our shipping and we are still sending worldwide. There will be no additional custom duties or tariff fees due on any orders to EU countries, nor to the rest of the UK. From a customer perspective, it's business as normal. Registered under the EU OSS / iOSS VAT system # XI 348462772. All EU orders are now sent via FedEx who eliminate any customs issues.

Delivery
All UK orders over £100 are shipped free. All orders over £200 are shipped free anywhere in the world. Gift cards and other digital products are not included in the free shipping order threshold. We aim to pack and post your item(s) within 1-2 working days of ordering, though generally we post same or next day and always aim for this. We do not pack or post on weekends or holidays. Approximate delivery times, in working days from the date of sending, are:

UK Tracked 24: 1-2 days
UK Tracked 48: 1-3 days
EU: 1-3 days
ROW: 5-7 days

All orders are sent via Royal Mail (UK/ROW) or FedEx (EU) and are fully tracked. Please see link in your shipping confirmation email for details.

If you require something more urgently, please get in touch and we will try our best to help you out. Expedited delivery options are available at an additional cost. 

We request that you please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of your order before contacting us about an order not received. We will always do our utmost to inform you of any potential delay.

Overseas Delivery
Victory Chimp ships worldwide, please select your country from the drop-down list in the shopping cart. Overseas shipments outside the EU may be subject to import duties and tax. Additional charges can occur at the customer expense. Victory Chimp has no control over these charges and accepts no responsibility for any additional overseas costs. Shipment is sent via Royal Mail’s overseas services and insurance is obtained for all overseas goods. 

Gift Orders
Ordering as a gift? Please let us know and we will be happy to include a personal message, gift wrapped (without receipt), free of charge. Just add instructions in the notes section at checkout. Email us at help@victorychimp.cc before or after ordering if you have any problems or specific requirements.

Loss
If you have not received your goods within 10 days of our “your order has been shipped” email, please notify us via email help@victorychimp.cc. All Victory Chimp UK deliveries are fully tracked and traced. Please check that you have not mislaid a calling card from your postman or that the package is not waiting at your local depot or post office.

• We are not responsible for items sent to an incorrectly supplied address.

• We are not responsible for items you do not collect it in time from your local depot or post office, the item will be returned to us and an additional fee for reposting will be charged.
